Revitalizing Post-Holiday Smoothie Recipe


Feeling like it's time to rejuvenate? This sweet smoothie is packed with fiber, protein, anti-oxidants and immune boosting nutrients for optimum health on any given day of the year! 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup unsweetened coconut water

1 cup of Greens (Kale or Spinach)

1 cup of fresh cut pineapples

1 peeled banana 

3 Tablespoons of Hemp seeds

1 Tablespoon of Senyia Moringa Powder

1 Date

Add cinnamon to taste 

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to the blender, pour, and enjoy!
